The Jute Mill: Industrial Fiber to Fabric Manufacturing
As the largest site within our custom manufacturing facilities, Biz Njp’s vertically integrated Jute Mill processes raw golden fiber into premium wholesale burlap sacks, heavy-duty twines, and sustainable industrial textiles.
Our Heritage in Sustainable Production
Established in 1990, our massive 12,000-square-meter Jute Mill is the cornerstone of Biz Njp’s eco-friendly manufacturing operations. In an industry flooded with middlemen and traders, we stand apart as a fully vertically integrated manufacturer. We do not just cut and sew pre-purchased fabric; we control the entire lifecycle of the material directly on our factory floor.
From the moment the raw, natural jute fiber arrives at our loading docks, our facility manages the intricate processes of batching, carding, drawing, spinning, and weaving. Because we process the raw fiber in-house, we can strictly monitor the moisture content, tensile strength, and weave density of our products. This hands-on approach allows us to produce completely biodegradable, highly durable packaging solutions at competitive wholesale price points for the global market.
The Manufacturing Process
1. Batching & Carding: Raw jute reeds are softened and processed through heavy breaker cards to untangle and align the natural fibers into continuous ribbons called “slivers.”
2. Drawing & Spinning: The slivers are drawn out to the required thickness and spun into high-tensile yarn on our automated spinning frames, ensuring uniform strength across every spool.
3. Weaving & Finishing: The spun yarn is transferred to our industrial looming department, where it is woven into varying grades of burlap cloth. The fabric is then calendered (ironed) for a smooth finish before being cut and sewn into custom packaging.
Core Mill Capabilities
From heavy-duty agricultural logistics to bespoke retail packaging, our production floor is equipped with industrial looms and spinning machinery capable of handling diverse, high-volume custom orders.

Agricultural Bulk Packaging
Natural jute is the preferred choice for agricultural supply chains because it prevents moisture buildup and crop spoilage. Raw Jute Yarn, Twine, and Ropes
Our spinning department processes raw jute into high-tensile yarn, heavy-duty twines, and industrial ropes. We offer multiple plies and thicknesses (from fine 2-ply twines to thick multi-strand ropes), making our spun jute products ideal for agricultural bundling, commercial landscaping, and heavy-duty shipping applications.
Custom Woven Mats & Eco-Textiles
Beyond traditional packaging, our facility weaves industrial jute fabrics (burlap cloth) sold by the roll. We also manufacture woven jute webbing, mats used for soil erosion control, commercial landscaping geotextiles, and customized natural fabrics for the home goods and retail sectors.
100% Biodegradable Quality Control
As global regulations shift away from single-use plastics, the demand for sustainable alternatives has skyrocketed. Our Jute Mill operates with a strict commitment to environmental responsibility. Every sack, twine, and roll of fabric that leaves our 12,000 sqm facility is 100% biodegradable, compostable, and carbon-neutral.
To ensure your sustainable switch never compromises on durability, our dedicated quality control team inspects every production run. We utilize rigorous testing protocols to verify weave consistency, load-bearing strength, and seam integrity before any batch is approved for export.
Global Export & Bulk Logistics
Biz Njp is not just a manufacturer; we are an experienced global exporter. Our Jute Mill is equipped with heavy-duty hydraulic baling presses that compress thousands of burlap sacks into dense, iron-bound bales. This maximizes shipping container space, dramatically lowering freight costs for our international B2B clients. Whether you require a single pallet of custom-printed coffee sacks or multiple 40-foot containers of agricultural twine, our logistics team ensures seamless, on-time delivery to your port of choice.
