At Biz NJP, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below for assistance.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Standard Products: Unused products in their original packaging are eligible for a refund. Please initiate a refund request within 7 days of receiving the item.
Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, these items are non-refundable. We encourage customers to thoroughly review order specifications before production begins.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund, depending on availability and customer preference.
Proof of damage (such as photos) may be required to process a refund or replacement.
3. Return Process
Contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive a return authorization. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
4. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for the funds to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Custom orders, items on final sale, and any items not returned in their original condition are non-refundable.
