Our 3-Step Production Process

1. Fabric Sourcing & Precision Cutting: We utilize premium natural fabrics (cotton, canvas, and jute) as well as durable synthetics (PP woven and non-woven). Because we operate alongside our own Industrial Jute Mill, we have unparalleled access to sustainable raw materials. Automated die-cutting machines ensure absolute consistency in bag dimensions and strap lengths.

2. Custom Printing & Branding: Before the bags are sewn, the flat fabric panels pass through our dedicated printing department. We utilize advanced silk-screen printing, heat transfer, and full-color flexographic techniques to ensure crisp, vibrant logos that will not peel or fade after heavy use.

3. Commercial Sewing & Finishing: Our commercial sewing floor is staffed by experienced textile artisans. Every tote bag features reinforced cross-stitching at the handle joints and heavy-duty seams to guarantee superior weight-bearing capacity for retail and grocery use.
