Refund and Returns Policy – Biz Njp

This Refund and Returns Policy explains how Biz Njp handles returns, refunds and claims related to our custom‑made jute and cotton bags, eco‑friendly packaging, tote bags, non‑woven bags and apparel manufactured in Bangladesh for brands and importers in Europe, the USA and other regions.

Because we produce custom, made‑to‑order B2B products based on each client’s specifications, designs and branding, all orders are subject to the conditions below.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all wholesale, bulk and private‑label orders placed with Biz Njp for:

  • Jute bags, cotton tote bags and non‑woven bags.
  • Eco‑friendly retail and e‑commerce packaging.
  • Branded merchandise and textile accessories.
  • Strick- und Webwaren sowie verwandte Produkte.

By confirming a proforma invoice, sample approval or purchase order, you agree to this Refund and Returns Policy in addition to any written contract between you and Biz Njp.

2. Made‑to‑Order and No General Right of Return

All products are manufactured specifically for your brand based on your approved artwork, tech packs and instructions. As such, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, overstock, slow sales or incorrect information supplied by the buyer.

Subject to applicable law, all sales are considered final once production has started and deposits have been received.

3. Samples and Pre‑Production Approval

  • Before bulk production, Biz Njp normally provides digital proofs and/or physical pre‑production samples of bags, packaging or apparel for your review.
  • You are responsible for carefully checking dimensions, materials, colours, print placement, spelling, labelling and any other details.
  • Your written approval (email or signed document) authorising “sample approved”, “go to bulk” or similar is taken as confirmation that all specifications are correct.

Once a sample is approved, differences from your later preferences are not grounds for a refund or return if the bulk order matches the approved sample within normal industry tolerances.

4. Quality Tolerances for B2B Manufacturing

As a sustainable manufacturing partner, Biz Njp follows industry‑standard quality controls for jute and cotton bags, packaging and apparel. However, small variations are unavoidable in textile and print production. The following tolerances are generally accepted and Sie haben keinen Anspruch auf Rückerstattung oder Rückgabe.:

  • Größenabweichungen innerhalb einer angemessenen Toleranz (z. B. ± 1–2 cm je nach Produkttyp).
  • Geringfügige Farbunterschiede zwischen Bildschirmen, digitalen Proofs, Mustern und Serienproduktion sind möglich.
  • Normale Variationen bei Naturfasern wie Jute und Baumwolle (Textur, Webart, Faserstärke).
  • Minor print registration or position shifts within accepted industry standards.

  • You must notify Biz Njp in writing within [X] days of receipt of the goods (we recommend a short window, e.g. 7–10 days; adjust as needed).
  • Your claim must include clear photos, videos and quantities affected, showing the alleged defect or non‑conformity.
  • Biz Njp may request additional information, photos or independent inspection before making any decision.

Biz Njp will review each claim in good faith. If we determine that a defect or non‑conformity is caused by our manufacturing and exceeds normal tolerances, our remedies are limited to, at our sole discretion:

  • Repair or partial rework where feasible, or
  • Replacement of affected quantities within a reasonable time frame, or
  • Issuance of a partial credit or discount on a future order.

Unless required by applicable law, cash refunds are not our standard remedy; solutions will be agreed case by case based on evidence and impact.

6. Shipping Damage and Loss

Risk transfer and responsibility for goods during transit depend on the agreed Incoterms (for example, EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP):

  • Where you arrange the freight (e.g. EXW/FOB), you are responsible for transport insurance and claims with your carrier.
  • Where Biz Njp arranges freight (e.g. CIF/DAP), we will assist you in submitting claims to the shipping or insurance provider.

In all cases, you must:

  • Inspect the shipment at delivery and note any visible damage or shortages on the carrier’s delivery documents.
  • Notify the carrier and Biz Njp in writing without undue delay (ideally within 24–72 hours) and provide photos, videos and documents.

Shipping damage or loss claims are subject to the terms of the carrier and insurer and may not always result in full compensation.

7. Return Authorisation (If Requested)

Biz Njp generally does not require physical returns for B2B textile and packaging products. If a return is requested as part of an agreed remedy:

  • Returns must be pre‑authorised in writing by Biz Njp and sent only to the address we specify.
  • Unauthorised returns may be refused and will not qualify for inspection, replacement or credit.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs, duties and customs charges.

  • Custom‑printed or branded products (e.g. printed jute bags, printed cotton bags, printed packaging, labelled apparel).
  • Products produced exactly according to approved samples or written specifications.
  • Products discounted as clearance, factory surplus or special promotion.
  • Any goods for which claims are submitted outside the notification period stated above.

9. Deposits, Cancellations and Order Changes

  • Deposits paid for custom production (bags, packaging, apparel) are generally non‑refundable once materials have been purchased or production has started.
  • Any agreed refund of a deposit or prepayment will be determined case by case and may be subject to deductions for materials, labour and overhead already incurred.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Biz Njp’s total liability for any claim relating to a specific order of bags, packaging or apparel is limited to the value of the goods supplied under that order, excluding indirect, consequential or loss‑of‑profit damages.

Insbesondere haftet Biz Njp nicht für:

  • Loss of sales, marketing campaigns or events related to delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.
  • Cost of re‑labeling, repacking or re‑branding carried out by third parties without our prior written consent.
  • Any use of the products beyond their normal intended purpose.

11. Lokales Recht und zwingende Rechte

This Refund and Returns Policy is intended for B2B transactions between Biz Njp and professional customers (brands, importers, distributors, agencies). Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights or statutory warranties that may apply under local law where such laws cannot be contractually excluded.

Where local law grants non‑excludable rights (for example for defective products), we will comply with those obligations and may offer repair, replacement or other remedies as required.
